Description

Boldenone is a synthetic steroid anabolic injectable drug, a derivative of the male sex hormone testosterone. The structure is similar to methandrostenolone. Boldenone is a methandrostenolone molecule that lacks a 17-alpha-methyl group (this part of the molecule makes it possible for methandrostenolone to pass through the liver without breaking down). Strongly stimulates appetite, as well as other anabolic steroids. Stronger than testosterone increases erythropoiesis, mainly due to a larger amount of 5b-metabolites, such as 5b-dihydroboldenone [1]. It is used in veterinary medicine and bodybuilding. Despite the differences in the physiology of different animals, it perfectly builds muscle mass and accelerates synthetic processes. Boldenone is chemically a testosterone molecule that has a double bond between carbon 1 and 2. This modification made boldenone as powerful as testosterone in terms of anabolic properties, while the androgenic properties of the drug are half as pronounced [2]. The drug significantly increases the level of red blood cells.[3]

It is present on the market mainly in the form of ether – undecylenate, due to which it remains in the blood for about 3-4 weeks. New forms of the drug: boldenone acetate and boldenone propionate have the same effects, the difference is only in the duration of action. The dosage for athletes varies in the region of 400-1000 mg / week. Smaller dosages of boldenone undecylenate are ineffective due to the large weight of the ballast ether "tail". Aromatizes twice as weakly as the equivalent amount of testosterone. Does not cause significant water retention.It does not have progestogenic activity, but a drop in libido is possible due to the suppression of endogenous testosterone production. In terms of efficiency, it is comparable to nandrolone decanoate, while having significantly fewer side effects.

The optimal dosage of boldenone undecylenate for muscle building is 600-1000 mg, once a week. A smaller dosage is usually ineffective, a larger dosage does not lead to better results, but the risk of side effects increases.
