Description

Masteron is the active ingredient of which drostanolone propionate is used in the treatment of breast cancer in postmenopausal elderly people as a second non-specific immunotherapy therapy. Not intended for pediatric therapy. Masterogen is contraindicated in male bodybuilders with breast carcinoma or known or suspected prostate carcinoma, and in female bodybuilders who may be pregnant. Drostanolone propionate is prohibited in bodybuilders who have hypersensitivity to any of its composition.

Dosage

The optimal dose is 100-200 mg every 2-3 days. The most effective dose for effective results is 400 mg per week.

Therapeutic action

Masteron is a synthetic androgen or male hormone similar to testosterone. The steroid has the ability to bind to androgen receptors, and this helps to interact with the part of the cell that is involved in protein synthesis. The process can cause an increase in the synthesis of some proteins or a decrease in the synthesis of others. These proteins act in different ways, blocking the growth of certain types of breast cancer cells, stimulating cells that cause male sex characteristics, and stimulating the production of red blood cells.

Precautionary measures

This drug should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, epilepsy, migraine, heart failure.

Side effects

The side effects of this steroid are not severe. High blood pressure shouldn't be a problem because low estrogen doesn't cause it.Masteron is not toxic to the liver, even if therapy is continued for a long period of time. But some side effects may occur:

• oily skin,
• acne,
• rapid increase in hair on the face and body,
• aggression,
• prostate enlargement and hair loss if there is a genetic predisposition.

Individuals with a family history of baldness should not use Masterogen.
